We get this question all the time, and honestly? We love it—because it means you're ready to dream up something beautiful. And while every event is different, we can give you a feel for what things might cost based on our Rental Collection rates, outside of a full design package.
If you’re booking a We Create or We Collab experience, your quote will include design time, consultations, and moodboards/mockups — not just the items themselves.

A Photo Backdrop Focus Area
This is the showstopper moment. The “pause for the photo” moment. Whether it’s the first thing guests see or the spot where memories get snapped, a full backdrop setup brings serious personality. Here’s what typically goes into it:
A Statement Wall – Starts at $120
Faux Florals or a Balloon Arch – Choose one based on the look you're going for. Both start at $120, but they each bring a different vibe and level of drama. Want both? Not a problem!
Vinyl Signage or 2D Signage – You don’t need both, but each has its own flair. Final cost depends on how long the wording is. Vinyl Signage – Starts at $30, We can direct you to some suppliers Dimensional (2D) Signage – If you're going for that layered look, starts at $70
A Rug – Yep, it makes a difference! Adds texture and warmth. Starts at $30, depending on size and style. We also offer risers if that’s more your vibe.
Altogether, most of our clients investing in a full backdrop moment spend between $400 and $800, depending on what they include from our Rental Collection.

Sit-Down Meal
An intimate sit-down meal? Yes please.
Whether it’s a cozy garden dinner, a micro wedding, or a curated birthday celebration—we live for making your table feel like a moment.
For a group of 8, here's how things typically add up:
Dining Chairs – $64–$120 total
One Naked Dining Table – $95
Table Settings (per person) – $15–$25 → Covers everything you need to eat, sip, and celebrate in style
So your base rental total for 8 guests would fall between $279–$415.
Now for the fun part—how you want to bring the look together!
Option A
Style it yourself Pick your favourite rentals from our online Rental Collection , and we’ll make sure they’re spotless, packed, and ready to go. You’ll create your own vibe using what’s listed, and trust us, there’s lots of charm in there.
Option B
Let us Curate your Look.
This is where the real magic happens. Think unexpected pairings, layered textures, statement centrepieces, and access to our private styling stash (aka the pieces you won’t see online). You can do this through our Creative Concept Design Fee (for one area). For multiple styled areas, explore the design experiences listed on our Design Studio page.
Most clients spending on a full sit-down meal with Option A, for 8 guests land between $499–$635, depending on the final details.

Installation & Retrieval
Thisis required for backdrops, bars, and structural pieces. This service ensures your rentals are safely transported, properly installed, and retrieved with care.
When tabletop items are included in an order, installation fees are adjusted based on whether items are client-set or placed by our team.
For clients booking a We Create or We Collab experience, installation & Retrieval is included as part of the design service.
Installation & Retrieval does not include on-site styling unless paired with our We Collab or We Create.
