At Just Imagine, we offer custom enhancements, total build-outs, and creative design options for clients who want more than the expected.

Have a vision? A Pinterest board? Or no idea at all? We’ll help you design something memorable, whether it's a branded bar, themed backdrop, or interactive prop.  Whether you're revamping an existing piece in our inventory, or commissioning something new, our work is intentional, artistic, and unforgettable.

We Create (Bespoke Builds)



When you want something built from scratch – a structure tailored to your story, or an interactive moment crafted just for your event.
This is the deep-dive, full-design experience. This is where you give us the freedom to imagine, design, and fabricate your unique piece.


What to Expect



  • A one-on-one consultation to explore your ideas, style, theme, and priorities

  • Moodboard development + visual concepts to guide design direction

  • Custom fabrication and styling — built just for you, not adapted from inventory

  • Coordination with your planner or vendor team to ensure seamless execution

  • One-on-one consult + creative session

  • Concept development

  • Venue site visit

  • Venue coordination

  • 1 large-scale custom design element (built or styled from scratch)

  • Visual moodboard and/or renderings

  • Materials and fabrication

  • Delivery, setup, styling, breakdown, and retrieval of custom installation



Investment


Starting at $1,650



Initial non-refundable design retainer: $450 to begin the creative process.
This includes vibe board, design deck, and budget + timeline strategy.






We Collab (Revamps & Design Enhancements)



When you love what we offer but want to tailor it to your vibe. This option is all about shared creativity.
We start with what you love, refine it together, and revamp it into something that feels like you.


What to Expect



  • A design consult to explore your style, your must-haves, and the budget you’d like to work within

  • You’ll choose two Creative Focus Areas from our list that we’ll deep dive into together

  • You lead the overall aesthetic and keep creative control, while we guide, sketch, and refine your picks



Includes



  • One-on-one consult + creative session

  • Full access to the Just Imagine rental collection

  • Two Creative Focus Areas (with moodboards and mockups)

  • Delivery, setup, styling, breakdown, and retrieval of all Just Imagine items



Optional Add-Ons



  • Venue site visit

  • Decor flips (e.g. ceremony-to-reception)

Investment


Minimum investment: $1,550



To begin the design process, a non-refundable design retainer of $400 is required.
This covers your initial creative consult, design deck, and budget + timeline strategy.
